Contracts
We understand that no two projects have the same system requirements or client needs. To that end, our staff will endeavour to generate a maintenance contract package that's specific to your scope.
All of our HIU contract packages include, as standard:

An annual PPM service.

Unlimited OEM component replacement.

Unlimited breakdown requests.
Private work (no contract)
If you are in need of private work, outside of a maintenance contract, we offer our services at a fixed hourly rate of £120.00 + VAT. All seals and consumable components (such as mechanical washers and electrical terminals) are free of charge. Any components that require replacement are subject to charge, in addition to the hourly rate.
Please note that our rates are uniform for any private works, excluding consulting services, which are quoted for on a case by case basis.
There are strictly no hidden costs or administration fees.
